Andrew J. Sorkin

Dr. Andrew Sorkin received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the State University of New York in Albany. He then attended Boston University where he earned his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry.

After his graduation from dental school, Dr. Sorkin was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy and served as Dental Department Head aboard the U.S.S. Whidbey Island. During his tour of duty, he was deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. After completion of his military commitment, he began his work in private practice with Dr. Wallace in August 2002. In 2006, Dr. Sorkin was appointed to the General Dentistry staff at Sibley Memorial Hospital and is the acting consultant for general dentistry for the Renaissance Skilled Nursing Facility. Dr. Sorkin recently completed training and is now a certified Invisalign provider in our office.

Dr. Sorkin's caring attitude and sense of humor has made him the perfect addition to our office. Originally from New York, he and his wife Stacey live in Brookeville with their children.
